I’m getting ready to start the swim. The whistle goes. We all go at the same time. We race down the line and turn the corner. I get out. I was 3rd out of the water. I run down to the transition picking up places as I go. I put on my shoes. I grab my bike and helmet run out the transition and start biking and do my 2 laps.
I pull into the transition put my bike back where it was. I start to run to the exit to the run. I run about 40m then walk a bit. I only jog. I’m too tired to run. I have to jog a bit because i’m so tired. because I had to swim 100m and run a bit to the transition. Then bike two laps of the bike then i’m not sure what the run was I have to jog a bit of the way. I did my best to run in to the finishing shute to get my gold medal. Thats when I show a lot of energy.
